A quarter cow can yield approximately 100lbs of beef in a variety of cuts and requires a 50% non-refundable deposit. Your 100lbs will consist of various cuts which includes:

• Tenderized Round Steaks
• NY Strips
• Filet Mignon
• Ribeye Steaks (1" thick, 2 per package)
• T-bone Steaks (1" thick, 2 per package)
• Sirloin Steaks (1" thick, 1-2 per package)
