Worried about 400lbs being too much beef for you and your family. No worries! Our vacuum sealed packaging process protects the beef and locks in the freshness and flavor for years. The whole cow is also a great option if you have other friends or family who would like to split the cow with you. This way, everyone gets our best deal! This will be the only beef purchase you need to make all year! This will require about 15 to 20 cubic feet of freezer space to store 400lbs of beef. If you are splitting it with three other families, you will each receive a quarter beef so 10-12 cubic feet of storage will be needed for each of you.

The highest quality premium steaks which include: NY Strip, Ribeye, Filet Mignon, T-bone, Sirloins as well as roasts, stew meat, and skirt steak.   Remainder of cow will be processed as ground beef.
