In this package you will get a mix of all cuts from head to tail, so you will have all the variety at your fingertips to keep dinner time new and exciting. This pack requires about 8 to 10 cubic feet of freezer space.

50% non-refundable deposit required to reserve your half bulk beef. Approximate time for cow to be preapred and ready for delivery is 4-6 weeks from day of deposit. Remaining payment is due at time of delivery.
